Going to see the Foremen!

This faerie market continues to amaze. Whilst I am sure caution is needed in dealing with these otherworldly folk the traditional mischief, even cruelty of the Fae is here less apparent, supplanted it would seem by a yen for creation and an industrious spirit rare in the world.
It is clear the search for Himminus’ work will take us further afield before we can resolve this matter. But having seen the organisation & head for creation of these ‘elfs’ I can but wonder whether they would appreciate the opportunity to work in a hermetic lab.
By going directly to the work force of artisans and craftsmen we have circumvented the traders and merchants of this place. Hopefully we have not burnt any bridges there. I suspect some respectful show of acknowledging their authority may well be a tactful next move.

Going to see the Foremen! Part 2

Oh Alphonso… Is that his name? Never trade things with a faerie without specifying the details. Fortunately he seems well, so nothing to worry about there for now.
The Foreman was very reasonable, a mass of aurum for the lab notes pertaining to the copy of Himminuses (sp?) puzzlebox… so 3 Creo & 1 Terram. Thank you ‘Touch of Midas’.
It seems that the now grog hatted faerie has been thrown out from the faerie market. Maybe we’ll hear from him again some day.
Am I to distanced from our grogs? What would Aristotle have to say about how we consider the turb guards and other workers about the covenant? I suspect I’m overthinking these things.

A hole in the floor

Yule, that most festive time of year… I know this because people won’t stop writing about it. We have been plagued by some faerie minstrel or some such. I… do… not… dance!
Ah well, it seems that the side effect of one of my Sodales’ enchanting has lead to finding a hidden chamber beneath our dining hall. Maybe I should craft a wand to allow me to see through more barriers… must remember to avoid sancti.
